@ellzaerage I try ...
@ellzaerage I try to keep the weight under 4? pounds. That's about the max I'm comfortable with in a waist pack like this. I think I got this one at Keenzo.com good prices, but they may not really have it in stock if they say they do, and their customer service is terrible.

Hello! Nice pack! ...
Hello! Nice pack! where did you get the proteus and? how much does it weigh with and without ur stuff inside? THanks plz respond!

Good? job adding ...
Good? job adding the HEAT SHEETS Bivvy! Those emergency blankets can be hard to maintain in the elements. I have one myself and well worth it!

First time seeing a ...
First time seeing a pencil sharpener.? I should add one to my kit. Thanks

You might consider ...
You might consider replacing those pliers with a? small pair of vice grips. The ability to lock down on something can be priceless. I carry a small needlenose set in my edc.

@SrJoben I'm not ...
@SrJoben I'm not sure what the pliers weigh but I just bought a Leatherman Skeletool. It weighs like five ounces and it has fully functioning set of pliers with a medium sized blade and a couple screwdriver bits. It's high quality, weighs almost nothing and adds a little more versatility of just a pair of pliers... and it looks pretty cool in my opinion! Just a thought!? Great set up though, thanks for sharing!

@ColonalConkas Good tip,? I'll do that. Thanks.

@fistachpl Well i ...
@fistachpl Well i should also add that my most common EDC is a Victorinox One Hand Trekker. So i generally have a saw, awl, and screwdrivers too. Also i sometimes EDC a Leatherman Juice XE6. That's why? I'm more concerned about weight in the pack than having a multi-tool in it. It would generally be slightly redundant.

@SrJoben Well I ...
@SrJoben Well I think you can do much more with leatherman than knife+pliers. Anyway if? you're happy with what you have that's great! Stay safe!

@fistachpl That's a ...
@fistachpl That's a valid personal choice. But personally i prefer the strength of a fixed blade and the carving ability of the scandi grind mora. Also the knife and little pair of plier weigh a lot less? than a full sized leatherman.

Buy? a Leatherman ...
Buy? a Leatherman mate and remove the knife, pliers and some other items! Nice bag though!

@KiwiBowhunter ...
@KiwiBowhunter Liked might be too strong a word. I tried it out one night and felt it was a huge step up from the mylar space blanket i'd tried? the night before. But yes, condensation was a problem.

You actually liked ...
You actually liked sleeping in the AMK Bivvy? I tried it out and found it absolutely bloody horrible. No ventilation for? condensation to get out. Kept me warm, but woke up soaking wet, so just got out and stoked the fire up a bit more and put my Swanndri on. Personnally would prefer a blanket version(if I had those space constraints) Otherwise a light wool blanket(Or heavy if you need it). Just my 2 cents. Great vid, looking at getting one but found it hard to see a size comparison, Cheers.

@masterglynn How ...
@masterglynn How much is what? The Maxpedition Proteus goes for about $50, and the mini-size rollypoly pouches are? about $15... The contents...quite a bit more.

how much would that ...

Nice kit!?

Nice vid and set up ...
Nice vid and set up. Before watching I actually wondered about what I could fit in the slip pocket. Think it would take a GI poncho shelter? ? Im actually just about to pull the trigger on one each for the wife and I. You should check out the channel: Colhane, he has a great vid on a tiny homemade water filter that would beef up your kit quit abit. That, a gi canteen kit, and maybee a kabar and youd be set. Just my 2 cents. Keep up the great vids.

@RoscoeBa Thanks. I'm glad you liked it,? you are one of my favourite youtube reviewers.

Amazing how? much ...
Amazing how? much stuff a small Proteus can contain. Can't believe a bivy and more fit in that one pouch. Cool vid, Joben.
